3. Cancellations and Rebooking

3.2. Deposits for cancelled appointments are non-refundable.

3.3. Rebooking of cancelled appointments is at the discretion of the company and subject to availability.

3.4. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and refuse future bookings.
